"We are pleased to announce the general availability of CentOS Linux 7 (2003) for the x86_64 architecture. Effective immediately, this is the current release for CentOS Linux 7 and is tagged as 2003, derived from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.8 source code. As always, read through the release notes - these notes contain important information about the release and details about some of the content inside the release from the CentOS QA team. These notes are updated constantly to include issues and incorporate feedback from the users. Updates released since the upstream release are all posted, across all architectures. We strongly recommend every user apply all updates, including the content released today, on your existing CentOS Linux 7 machine by just running 'yum update'."

"The Ubuntu team is pleased to announce the Beta release of the Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Desktop, Server and Cloud products. The team has been hard at work through this cycle, introducing new features and fixing bugs. This beta release includes images from not only the Ubuntu Desktop, Server and Cloud products, but also the Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Ubuntu Budgie, UbuntuKylin, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu Studio and Xubuntu flavours. The beta images are known to be reasonably free of showstopper image build or installer bugs, while representing a very recent snapshot of 20.04 LTS that should be representative of the features intended to ship with the final release expected on April 23rd, 2020."
